CHANGE OF A ROTOR DESIGN

Without increasing the cross section of the squirrel cage rods, without changing the materials of the rotor, without changing a stator part.
We carry out a one-step modernization of the customer’s serial products using PRINEM technologies. With this level of implementation we design only a rotor that ideally matches the customer’s existing stator.
Even with such a partial modernization we provide an increase in the energy saving of the engine by 1-2 levels, efficiency up to 15%, rated power up to 15%, torque up to 30%, a decrease in operating temperature, an increase in overload capacity up to 30% and an increase in frequency characteristics.
Recuperation is possible in all operating modes.

REDUCTION IN WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS WITH THE SAME POWER

Upgraded SIEMENS SIMOTICS motor: IE2, 0.55 kW, 6 poles, 1000 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz

IMPORTANT !!! MODERNIZATION DONE:

1) Without changing a stator part (increasing the amount of copper).
2) The rotor is made of the same materials without increasing the section of the squirrel cage rods.
3) Reducing the weight and dimensions is achieved only through a new vision of the nature of magnetic fields. 

IMPORTANT !!!

The magnetic circuit is made in vitro without pressing the packages. Aluminum is not poured in the grooves of the rotor under pressure. When manufactured in plant an additional increase in efficiency and other technical parameters of at least 3-5% will be achieved.

SUMMARY

Reduction in weight and dimensions while maintaining the capacity and energy efficiency of the electric machine is achieved through a new vision of the nature of magnetic field in the constructs obtained from this vision.

FREE PRELIMINARY EVALUATION of effectiveness (1 week)

1 day: we will send you a form to fill in the initial data upon request.

 
3 days: we will perform a free calculation of the effectiveness of PRINEM technologies application according to a form received.

 
1 day: we will discuss with you the results of preliminary calculations, form the success criteria for testing a prototype, conclude a confidentiality agreement and a preliminary agreement.  

WE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE A PROTOTYPE FOR TESTS (1 MONTH)

Option 1: the prototype is made by the Customer (for electric machines with a power of more than 3 kW).
We carry out the design solution of an active part of the electric machine and transfer it to the Customer for producing a prototype.

Option 2: we produce a prototype (for electric machines up to 3 kW).
We will independently produce a working prototype of the product or a part of it, for example, the PRINEM rotor. Term – 1 month.

JOINT TESTS OF THE PROTOTYPE 

(2 DAYS)

Together with the customer we test the completed prototype or part of it (for example, the PRINEM rotor) in order to achieve the Success Criteria.

 
Tests can be carried out:
1) at our test bench;
2) at Customer’ test bench;
3) in an independent testing centre. 

Based on the test results the parties draw up a test report as well as determine the procedure and conditions for further cooperation. 

CONCLUDING A LICENSE AGREEMENT 

(1 WEEK)

The parties enter into a License Agreement for the right to produce and sell products using PRINEM technologies.
The terms of each agreement are determined by the parties individually during the negotiations.
